Today I took a cruise out Ontario Highway 48 and visited one of the better chip stands around me. As usual the fries were nicely done, crispy but not too hard, with properly cooked insides. These folks make a good poutine, the downside though is that they don’t use curds. If you are cruising by the south side of Lake Simcoe, check them out.
